The 11eight team has over 100 years experience working across different sectors and at senior levels. They have run large P&Ls, lead group service functions, set-up and delivered corporate innovation programs, run investment arms, and their own start-ups and small businesses, both in Australia and overseas. Along with our extended network, we believe we are one of the best innovation advisory teams there is. We pride ourselves in being more pragmatic than theoretical with a focus on quickly getting to what needs to be done and helping to do it. After a long time at very senior levels in Corporates, and having done most every Senior Executive job there is, Ron decided it was time to move on, and set-up 11eight. Having spent a lot of time on Boards, the C-suite and running P&Ls, he has a real knack of being able to quickly work through challenges to understand what's needed to deliver optimum outcomes maximise partnership value. Anthony has spent almost 20 years leading Financial Services businesses across Banking, Wealth and Insurance, including CEO roles of IAG’s Consumer Division and Fintech, Uno Home Loans. Having led large people businesses. Anthony has deep experience of leading complex change in regulated businesses, and harnessing the energy of an organisation to deliver exceptional outcomes. With a focus on improved consumer propositions and digital experiences and the commercial imperatives of managing a P&L, Anthony has a well developed understanding of the power of strong partnerships to create value. Rhiannon is black belt in karate, currently studying and manages the 11eight media and marketing. She loves everything digital and is fascinated about the exciting things early stage businesses do and how they do it.
